Marion Sweeney is a solicitor working in our conveyancing and probate department.
Marion graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2003 with an Honours B.A. in Legal Science, Sociology and Politics and in 2004 with an Honours L.L.B.
Marion joined Giles J. Kennedy & Co. in 2007 as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
Marion advises in all areas of conveyancing, probate and family law to include residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, leases and letting agreements, administration of estates, estate litigation, family arrangements, wills, taxation and matrimonial disputes.
The firm acts for financial institutions and Marion assists in the investigation of title and in the perfection and review of security.
